How to validate a seizure number
In order to commence an application for return of seized specimen, you must supply a valid seizure number and the state that the seizure was made. Here's how to do this:
1. Enter the Seizure Number into the 'Enter your Seizure Number' field
2. Select the State where the seizure was made.
3. Select Next and the system will check to ensure the seizure number and state are correct.
If the seizure number and state are correct, then you will be able to commence your application for return of a seized specimen.
